In respect to the traditional character of Kardiani and the harmony of our neighborhood, we kindly ask our guests to observe quiet hours from 22:00 onwards. This policy is in place to ensure that everyone—guests, residents, and our valued neighbors—can enjoy the tranquility of our village setting.
We believe that the serene environment of our location is one of its greatest assets, and maintaining this calm atmosphere is essential for a truly restful and enjoyable stay. During these quiet hours, we encourage activities that are in keeping with the peaceful nature of the surroundings, allowing for a harmonious experience for all.

Is there a parking seat for my car?
Please be advised that while our villa does not offer private parking facilities, convenient public parking is available just 50 meters away from the property. This nearby location provides easy and accessible parking options for all our guests, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure experience.
We have to mention though that during the season July-August, the public parking may be overcrowded during the day due to the excess number of temporary visitors.
We appreciate your understanding and we are more than happy to assist with directions to the public parking area or any additional information you may need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit to our beautiful villa in Kardiani.
How often is the cleaning service?
Please note that our villa does not offer daily cleaning services during your stay. However, we fully equip it with all necessary maintenance utilities. This approach allows us to offer a more private and personalized experience, while also empowering our guests to create a home away from home atmosphere. We appreciate your understanding and we are more than happy to answer any questions about the provided amenities.
Children's safety
While we warmly welcome families, our villa is primarily designed according to the traditional local architecture and may not cater to the needs of young children.
Features such as low balcony walls, require vigilant supervision of children at all times. We emphasize the importance of adult supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, making your stay both enjoyable and secure. Accessibility Notice
We wish to inform our valued guests that, due to the distinctive characteristics of traditional Cycladic settlements, navigating through Kardiani may involve traversing numerous public stairways that lack handrails. Our villa is conveniently located just 50 meters up a stairway from the village entrance. While we are actively exploring improvements, please note that our villa currently does not offer specific in-house aids for individuals with mobility issues. As such, accessibility to both our residence and the broader village of Kardiani might present challenges for guests with mobility concerns.
